Access to our site
After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. This will give details of your transaction, including your order number, the price paid for your order, the price paid for delivery, the total that has been debited from your credit or debit card or PayPal account. If you have any queries about your order, please contact Mad Me by emailing us on email@example.com. If we need to get intouch with you about your order, we will contact you by email.
We are small, independent business. Our site may however contain links to the websites of other companies and organisations. Mad Me is not responsible for content of the external websites, nor for the quality of products and services purchased from them.
All prices quoted on our website include value added tax (VAT) at current rates and exclude delivery. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and will update the website accordingly.
All majorCredit/Debit Cards and Paypal, are acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms of payment are payment in full prior to delivery. All goods remain the property of Mad Me until paid for in full. You may make payments with a debit or credit card. All cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Mad Me is not liable for delays or non-delivery if a customer's card issuer refuses to authorise payment. Ownership of the Products will only pass to customers once full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges, has been received by Mad Me.
Unless otherwise stated, the products featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom, or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. If a delivery is delayed by a third party, by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown, Mad Me cannot accept liability. If orders are wrongly delivered because the incorrect information has been supplied, for example, the post code or house name, than Mad Me cannot accept liability.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Notification via email only will be accepted. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Both the customers purchasing Mad Me products and ourselves have the right to terminate our services agreement for any reason. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of undelivered goods, shall be refunded.
Our right to change these Terms and Conditions
The Mad Me reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and as it sees fit. Customers are subject to the policies, terms and conditions in force at the time that they order products from Mad Me, unless the law of a governmental authority requires changes to these policies, terms andconditions.
Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products on our website are governed by English law. If a dispute arises from, or relates to, such Contracts, then it will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
